In November 2008, Wuhan University School of Economics and Management in the People’s Republic of China celebrated its 125th Anniversary. There were major celebrations withmany present and past members of the faculty coming to that splendid occasion. I was delighted to be invited as a guest – to a building decorated with red carpet everywhere.
During that week, I was also asked to deliver three strategy lectures to students at the university. My third lecture entitled ‘Global Business Strategy: Some Implications for Chinese Companies’ was well-received by the student audience. I am happy to share its contents with you on this website. I hope that this material may assist Chinese companies in their development of international and global strategies.
